About us

The company Asman Finance, which is owned by Michał Asman, has been operating in the market since 1999.We are a company helping individual clients to manage their own funds. We assist with choosing a financial product which is profitable for you.

We would like to offer you comprehensive consulting services.

Apart from purely economic factors such as the interest rate, commission, credit type and date, we also deal with monitoring the credit situation. Thus, the possibilities of ongoing observations of valid interest rates, selection of the credit currency and its potential changes are of special importance here. In the face of the changing business conditions in economy all the elements play a very essential role in seeking for the cheapest sources of financing and in the significant decrease of credit service costs. The possibility of negotiating conditions of a credit agreement and refinancing of credits in lieu of the present agreements constitute an important element of decreasing credit service costs. We advice you in this respect on the choice of optimal solutions and participate in carrying out negotiations.

We offer also preparation of business plans, applications for EU co-financing and complementary budget co-financing and investment credits.

We are honoured to present you also an offer of cooperation with a group of business advisors and trainers, most of whom have been active on the market since 1997 offering professional help with perfecting the company management and implementation of optimal business solutions. We cooperate with consulting companies and we operate independently. We can proudly say that we have accomplished a few hundreds of consulting and training projects.
The development of our group is underpinned by the personnel of experienced trainers, advisors deriving from the practice of consulting companies, scientific and research institutes and field experts holding state certifications, constantly improving their qualifications by taking specialist studies, courses, trainings, working out their proprietary ideas.

Advice

In most cases while buying a property, arranging a flat or a car we engage as much of our own funds as possible. Thus, we get rid of our profits on savings, and if our funds are not sufficient to finalise a transaction, we complement it via a credit. We frequently engage funds from savings in order to have a smaller interest rate of the credit by 0.5% or 2%. Signing a credit contract we choose the shortest credit period and even before the Bank manages to release the credit, we think about repaying it as fast as possible.

Is it really profitable?

Don’t we – along this line of thinking - risk insolvency and make ourselves exposed to risk upon increasing the credit costs?

In our company you can also ask our advice:

- about a mortgage loan, e.g. you have a few offers and you don’t know which one to choose,

- about how to repay a credit,

- fixed installments or decreasing installments,

- currency consulting ,

- what to pay attention to before opening a bank account,

You have free funds and you don’t know what to invest them in?
